We take it seriously!
What do we mean by this? When we diagnose your system, your air quality or your attic insulation etc., we will not recommend to you anything we would not do for our own family or our own house. If we believe it is more cost effective to repair a system rather than replace it, we will recommend the repair.
Hours of research have been exhausted, and time and money has been invested in testing of products. We have tested UV lights, ozone creating air purifiers, non-ozone air purifiers, ionizers, whole house HEPA filters and more have been tested in our own homes. All in the name of our golden rule. We can however now give our honest opinion on a variety of products.
